You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. - Custom & Ready-to-Ship Products
Custom-sized or custom-designed gowns require a 50% non-refundable deposit before production begins.
Custom orders cannot be canceled once production has started (typically within 48 hours after deposit).
Minor variations in color, lace pattern, or measurements (up to 0.5 inch) are normal in handmade gowns and do not constitute defects.
Ready-to-ship gowns are subject to availability. - Pricing & Payment
All prices are in United States Dollars (USD).
We accept payments via Stripe (credit/debit cards) and PayPal.
For orders shipped to Hawaii, applicable state taxes will be added at checkout. - Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Custom-made gowns are final sale unless a major manufacturing defect exists (see our Return & Refund Policy).
Ready-to-ship gowns may be returned within 14 days, unworn, with tags attached. A 15% restocking fee applies.
Defect claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photos via WhatsApp. - Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the issue with us, you waive your right to any refund and agree to pay all collection costs. - Intellectual Property
All images, text, logos, and designs on this site are owned by Island Bridal Gowns. You may not copy or reproduce without written permission. - Limitation of Liability
Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of wedding enjoyment or travel costs). - Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Hawaii. Any dispute arising from your purchase or these Terms shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Honolulu, Hawaii, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). You waive the right to a jury trial or class action. - Changes to Terms
