Here’s exactly how it works, step by step.
Step 1: Book a Fitting (or Start Online)
You can start in person or from anywhere in the world.
- In‑person: Visit our studio in Kailua. You’ll try on sample gowns, feel different fabrics, and discuss what you love.
- Online: Send us your measurements (we’ll give you a simple guide) and share inspiration photos via WhatsApp.
📅 Book your fitting here – $50 deposit (refundable or credited toward your gown).
Step 2: Design Your Dress
We’ll talk about:
- Silhouette: A‑line, mermaid, sheath, or ball gown?
- Neckline: Sweetheart, V‑neck, off‑shoulder, or high neck?
- Fabric: Lace, chiffon, crepe, satin, or a blend?
- Details: Embroidery, beading, sleeves, train length, back style.
You’ll receive a digital sketch or mood board within 5‑7 days. We won’t start production until you say “yes” to the design.
Step 3: Production (4‑8 weeks)
Once you approve the design and pay the deposit (50% of the gown price), our atelier begins crafting your dress.
- Mid‑production update: We’ll send you photos or a video so you can see the progress.
- Minor adjustments: Small tweaks (up to 0.5 inch) are normal. Major changes may require extra time or fees.
During this time, we stay in touch via WhatsApp. You can ask questions anytime.
Step 4: Final Fitting (In‑person or Remote)
If you’re in Hawaii, we’ll schedule a final fitting at our studio. If you’re elsewhere, we’ll ship the dress to you with detailed instructions for a local tailor (we’ll cover the cost of minor adjustments up to $100).
- In‑person: You try on the dress, we make any last‑minute tweaks on the spot.
- Remote: A trusted friend helps with measurements, or we arrange a virtual fitting via video call.
Step 5: Receive Your Dress
Once everything is perfect, we pack your gown carefully and ship it to you (or you pick it up in person). Every dress comes with a garment bag and care instructions.
- Shipping time: 3‑7 business days within the US.
- Tracking: We’ll send you the tracking number as soon as it ships.
